two days + endless possibilities
School is back in session as Paloma Collective hits the books in a historic schoolhouse this March for two days of workshops, photoshoots, open conversation, and feedback.
Looking for thought-provoking workshop sessions in a gorgeous setting? We got you!
Want to build your portfolio of intimate couple portraits and brand work? We got you!
Want to eat tacos, drink palomas, and talk shop? We got you!
We've put together a workshop unlike any you've attended before. You have the option of attending Day 1, Day 2, or both—because we know that flexibility is the name of the game.
When: March 20 + 21
Where: Maineville, Ohio (suburb of Cincinnati)
Day 1: Developing your business
workshop #1: Finding clients & business development
Whether you're a seasoned vet or just starting your business, we'll cover the many avenues and techniques we use to find new clients—as well as how to keep them! Everything from the psychology behind discounts to leveraging your social media. If you're looking to grow your client base in 2021, this workshop is for you.
workshop #2: content that converts
Ready to develop content that lights someone's fire? Get your audience excited to work with you by strategizing and utilizing all the platforms open to you. We'll talk do's and don'ts, smash some myths, and explain how the most powerful tool you have for your business is YOU.
AT HOME STYLED SHOOTS
You know we didn't find such a gorgeous location and not invite some madly-in-love couples along for a photoshoot, right? Nobody likes to fight for the best shot, so we'll split workshop attendees into small groups to spend individual time with each couple in various locations around the house. You have plenty of freedom to direct and work with your couple—so let your imagination go nuts! You'll walk away with so much new content for your portfolio, website, and social media, you won't know where to start.
Day 2: America's Next Top Brand photographer
workshop #1: becoming a brand photographer — the do's and don'ts
This is the deepest dive into becoming a brand photographer that you're going to find anywhere. We'll cover everything from how to research your client's industry, how to best serve your client before and after their session, how to develop packages, and how to be the leading brand photographer in your area.
The great brand adventure
Not gonna lie, we're really excited about this! We've put together a brand experience that will light your fire and excite you for every possibility. Splitting into small teams, you'll meet with a small business owner in a creative brand brainstorm. From there, you'll plan a brand session for the client using our gorgeous historic schoolhouse as the backdrop. Shoot, edit, and then we'll stream your favorite images onto a screen for feedback, critique, and lots of xoxo's. After all, the best way to learn is through experience!
you'll definitely want to check out the schoolhouse.

“Nicole and Leah are the sweetest and I was blown away by how dedicated they are to making sure we all had something to take away from the workshop. The styled shoot portion was executed beautifully and the learning experience was priceless. I learned so much not only as a photographer, but as a videographer as well and I'm very confident in saying that my business will be growing tremendously because of these two women. If you are considering attending a Paloma Collective workshop just go for it!”
